Our Resources
Our service offering is underpinned by a rigorous approach to staff training. HML Hawksworth is a member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents and 75% of our team has achieved at least Level 1 of the Institue of Residential Property Management (IRPM) qualification, with a number of others about to embark on the next round of exams. We have been awarded the Investor in People Accreditation in recognition of our staff management and training processes.
Our constant investment in the latest software, systems and procedures, including a bespoke database, ensures that we are able to pass on the benefits of the operational efficiencies to our clients.
