| Not necessarily. When substantial or major works are planned, we use a building surveyor who plans the work, ensuring that it complies with current building regulations. However, these are not the same as health and safety regulations. When we are in receipt of a health and safety report, we consult with the building surveyor to determine and then incorporate the appropriate recommendations. |
